What is The Building Life?
The Building Life is a blog and podcast created by Lauren — a single mom, storyteller, creative, and soul-seeker — exploring the messy, beautiful journey of building a life that actually feels like your own.
We talk about everything from burnout and boundaries to motherhood, healing, creativity, and the chaos in between. -
